The 2022 CEO-MC Retreat, hosted by Community Associations Institute (CAI) in sunny La Quinta earlier in October was a great opportunity for over 250 CEOs and senior executives in community associations around the world for a week-long focus on education, networking, and collaboration.
I am always excited to attend these types of conferences as I believe it is important to hear the different perspectives of my community association management peers. Along with insights on emerging trends impacting our sector, the retreat also provided plenty of engaging conversations around management and leadership strategies.
And after a two-year hiatus, the other highlight was, of course, the chance to reconnect with my close colleagues and industry peers.
