Team Quantum recently paid another visit to the Coridale community in Lara, by Villawood Properties. During the visit, we also stopped by the site of Club Coridale, the highly anticipated residents club, exclusively for residents of the Coridale community.
We were thrilled to see that construction is well underway in time for an exciting opening later this year! Club Coridale, designed by ClareHopkinsClarke, promises to be a true gem for the ~1,100 lot community, offering state-of-the-art amenities and luxurious spaces. We can’t wait to bring you more updates as this exciting project unfolds!
It was also the perfect opportunity for us to connect with the Oliver Hume Corporation sales team to discuss and assist with any purchaser inquiries around the club and owners corporation, and work through details of upcoming stages and Resident Information Sessions we will be holding.
